The Revenue Accountant will play a key role in supporting our supplier-based revenue streams. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with revenue recognition standards, enhancing revenue reporting processes, and delivering actionable insights to support informed strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Do:
  • Record supplier revenue in accordance with GAAP and company policies, and support the month-end close process for supplier revenue.
  • Partner with Finance and Commercial teams to validate revenue terms in supplier contracts.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of supplier revenue accounts, commission receivables, and incentive accruals.
  • Help maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance in supplier-related transactions.
  • Collaborate with IT/Systems teams to enhance automation of supplier revenue data feeds.
  • Ensure accurate application of revenue recognition rules for supplier contracts, commissions, overrides, and incentive agreements.
  • Work closely with the billings team on revenue accruals and invoicing. 
  • Audit Support: Provide documentation and responses to internal and external audit inquiries related to revenue, ensuring audit readiness and compliance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner GL and AR teams to resolve revenue-related issues and support inquiries.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of accounting experience, with exposure to contract review and revenue recognition.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite)
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
