We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Business Partner to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the strategic engine behind our Partnerships & Alliances leaders in North America and Latin America. You will act as the bridge between our Channel Partners and internal Sales teams, shaping data-driven decisions, optimizing ecosystem strategies, and ensuring operational excellence across both regions.

What you’ll do

  • Strategic Advisory: Partner with NAM and LATAM Partner Leaders to drive performance through data-backed insights, partner segmentation, and regional market strategy.

  • RoE & Conflict Management: Define and govern the Rules of Engagement (RoE) between Partners and Direct Sales to ensure a seamless co-selling experience and minimize channel conflict.

  • Operational Governance: Maintain a clean cadence of monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs) and ensure governance across the partner lifecycle.

  • Pipeline & Forecast Excellence: Support partner forecasting and pipeline health reviews, providing actionable insights into partner-sourced vs. partner-influenced revenue.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing, and Finance to ensure partner initiatives align with the broader company growth vision.

  • Insights & Tooling: Own the dashboards, partner portals, and business tools that track Partner KPIs (e.g., deal registration, certification rates, and partner-led velocity).

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Channel Ops (B2B SaaS experience is a must).

  • Partner DNA: Proven success partnering with Channel/Partner leaders and an understanding of the nuances of indirect sales motions.

  • Analytical Rigor: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (PRM experience is a plus), Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools like Looker or Tableau.

  • The "Human" Element: Strong communication and mediation skills—you can navigate the "grey areas" of Sales vs. Partner conflict with data and diplomacy.

  • Bilingual Advantage: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is strongly preferred given the LATAM scope.

  • Execution Mindset: A proactive approach to "keeping the house in order," ensuring that reporting is accurate and cadences are never missed.
