Be part of the connection:
You drive transformative growth within the Sales organization. You maximize training efforts by partnering with sales leaders, sales teams, HR and Learning & Development.
How you can make a difference:
  • Develop high-quality sales coaches and build the foundation for coaching culture.
  • Conduct coaching and mentoring sessions to improve interactions between Sales Directors and Sales Managers and Sales teams.
  • Engage with Sales Managers to assess each team, current skills and competency gaps.
  • Field-based sales roles have fluidity between home, client location and office locations. The expectation is that you are primarily out in front of clients.
  • Work with Sales Managers to create an improvement plan that enhances their coaching capacity and impact on increasing sales.
  • Perform follow-up coaching sessions to measure effectiveness.

WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:
  • Experience: Ten or more years of commercial strategic sales and sales management experience and sales leadership coaching experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Technical skills: Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
  • Skills: Expert in the sales process, Enterprise sales methodology and sales tools; Strong presentation, business acumen and English communication skills.
  • Abilities: Executive presence that can motivate and coach sales leaders to articulate team and individual gaps and remediation strategies.
  • Availability: Travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver's license.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Coaching certification.
  • Experience managing a sales team.
  • Background in technology, telecommunications or internet-based services. Familiar with network and solution sales.
