Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our US team and play a key role in Cyolo’s continued growth in North America.

We are looking for an experienced cybersecurity Sales Engineer who can serve as a strong technical partner to our customers, partners and sales organization while also helping us enhance and develop our capabilities globally.

You will lead the technical side of complex enterprise sales cycles, translate customer security and operational challenges into compelling solutions, and help customers understand how Cyolo can secure access and connectivity across their most critical environments.

As an experienced SEs on the team, you will also bring proven methodologies and best practices from the cybersecurity industry, helping demonstrate what great technical pre-sales looks like and contributing to the development of the broader team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the technical aspects of enterprise sales cycles, from initial discovery through technical validation and close
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to understand customer requirements, identify technical challenges, and position Cyolo’s solutions effectively
  • Lead compelling product demonstrations, technical presentations, workshops, architecture discussions, and Proofs of Concept
  • Engage with a wide range of customer stakeholders, including CISOs, security teams, infrastructure and network teams, OT professionals, and technical decision-makers.
  • * Translate complex cybersecurity and operational requirements into clear technical solutions and business value
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and become a credible technical advisor throughout the sales process
  • Support Cyolo’s channel-first GTM strategy by working closely with partners and supporting partner-led opportunities
  • Help establish and promote technical pre-sales best practices across the US organization.
  • * Mentor and support other members of the SE team through knowledge sharing, deal collaboration, and technical guidance
  • Provide structured feedback from customers and the market to Product, R&D, Customer Success, and other internal teams
  • Stay current on cybersecurity trends, competitive technologies, and developments across Zero Trust, identity, network security, and OT security

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical pre-sales role
  • Strong preference for experience working for a cybersecurity vendor, ideally selling enterprise security solutions
  • Proven experience supporting complex enterprise B2B sales cycles
  • Strong technical foundation in areas such as networking, identity and access management, authentication, Zero Trust, privileged access, and/or network security
  • Ability to understand complex customer environments and design and communicate appropriate technical solutions
  • Experience delivering technical demos, presentations, workshops, and Proofs of Concept to enterprise customers
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both deeply technical stakeholders and senior business/security leaders
  • Strong customer presence and the ability to establish credibility quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and take ownership in a fast-moving environment
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in helping teammates develop and succeed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to travel as required to support customers, partners, and sales opportunities

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with OT/ICS security or critical infrastructure environments
  • Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM), secure remote access, micro segmentation, or Zero Trust Network Access
  • Knowledge of industrial networking or IT/OT environments
  • Experience working with channel partners, VARs, MSSPs, or systems integrators
  • Experience in a high-growth cybersecurity company or startup environment
