The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst will be a part of a highly analytic team within Sales Strategy and contribute to the quantitative analysis of the organization's key challenges and opportunities. They will oversee and contribute to the synthesis and analysis of many different market, business, and sales performance datasets. As an analytic SME, the Sr. Sales Operations Analyst will perform the analysis of key questions, sales performance scenarios, hypothesis development and testing, and modeling of recommended solutions. They may also interact with and communicate finding/recommendations/results to senior business leaders on behalf of the team.
Responsibilities:
  • Help manage processes to build new, and to improve existing, data pipelines.
  • Help drive, guide, and inspect the quality of team deliverables.
  • Contribute to the development of statistical models to inform strategic business decisions and set up/maintain a robust model pipeline.
  • Prototype new, innovative analytic solutions, and work with cross-functional teams to move vetted solutions to production as needed.
  • Support data inquiries. Analyze data and identify trends. Draw conclusions, present insights and tell compelling stories.
  • Consider new ways of looking at data by bringing in additional data sets to augment data readily available to glean new insights.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years experience in a related field
  • Direct experience with analytics, reporting, data mining, advanced analytical modeling, and data visualization ( this role doesn't focus on creating dashboards ).
  • Knowledge of BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx).
  • Strong Excel skills particularly in pivot tables, XLOOKUPs.
  • Statistics experience / experience in descriptive, exploratory, inferential, predictive and causal analysis.
  • Be highly analytical with a proven ability to turn data into compelling insight.
  • Have impeccable attention to detail.
  • Be a self-starter - work independently with minimal direction or oversight.
  • Be able to work in a cross functional, highly matrixed environment and be comfortable following up to ensure deliverables are prepared on time.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-pace, high-pressure environment where speed and quality are paramount.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or like equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience with Snowflake strongly preferred.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.

USD 81,400.00 - 122,000.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $81,400.00 - $122,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
