The Senior Salesforce Administrator will optimize Salesforce solutions, manage integrations, guide stakeholders, maintain data quality, and mentor junior team members, ensuring the platform evolves with business needs.

As our Senior Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be the strategic owner of Salesforce across Daxko. You won’t just keep the system running—you’ll shape how it evolves. This role blends hands-on administration with thoughtful design, cross-functional partnership, and leadership on platform best practices. - Design, build, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative tools like Flows, custom objects, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and configurations
- Serve as a trusted Salesforce subject matter expert, advising teams on best practices, governance, security, and scalability
- Partner closely with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations to understand business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
- Evaluate new Salesforce features and releases, leading thoughtful adoption where they add real value
- Lead mid-sized to large Salesforce initiatives—from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation and rollout
- Support and maintain integrations, APIs, and middleware to ensure reliable data flow across systems
- Maintain data quality through validation rules, deduplication strategies, and governance processes
- Create and maintain clear system documentation, including process maps, configuration notes, and training resources
- Develop and deliver training that helps users feel confident, capable, and supported in Salesforce
- Partner with security and compliance teams to uphold strong data protection and access controls
- Mentor and support junior administrators or teammates as the Salesforce practice grows
What you bring
- Deep, hands-on experience administering Salesforce, including automation, security models, and data governance
- A strong understanding of how business processes translate into thoughtful system design
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver scalable, sustainable solutions
- Experience managing integrations, APIs, and third-party applications
- Clear communication skills—you can explain technical concepts in ways that make sense to non-technical partners
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and project management skills
- A collaborative mindset and comfort working across teams with different priorities
Experience & qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4–6 years of Salesforce Administration experience
- Experience supporting Salesforce in a medium to large organization
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Strong experience with user access, permission sets, sharing rules, and security models
- Experience supporting system integrations and API configurations
Nice to have
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 2+ years of Salesforce CPQ experience
- 2+ years of Experience Cloud experience
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset or Copado
