About the teamAt Zillow, our mission is to give people the power to unlock life’s next chapter. Our Sales, Success, and Support teams—known as Frontline operators—are essential to delivering this mission to our professional partners, and the Frontline Products team builds the technology they rely on every day. We partner closely with Engineering to design, implement, and support a core portfolio of tools—including Salesforce CRM, engagement, analytics, and communication applications—that help Frontline teams grow revenue and deliver an excellent partner experience.

About the role

As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst on the Frontline Products team, you will play a critical role in how Zillow’s sales organizations operate and grow. You will partner with Sales leadership to align processes across multiple sales teams, safeguard data integrity, and build scalable analysis and reporting capabilities. You will collaborate with Sales Ops and Product & Engineering to translate sales processes into clear user stories, support testing, and maintain documentation and runbooks. You will also compile, analyze, and report on sales performance data to evaluate the impact of new capabilities after launch and to size and prioritize future opportunities.

You Will Get To:

  • Partner closely with Agent Sales teams to document current-state processes, identify pain points, and turn them into clear Salesforce requirements.
  • Lead discovery activities—such as stakeholder interviews, workflow mapping, and requirements workshops—to inform Salesforce and related system design.
  • Translate business needs into actionable user stories with acceptance criteria, and collaborate with Product & Engineering in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
  • Plan and execute structured QA/UAT for new Salesforce features and enhancements, ensuring solutions work as intended for Frontline users.
  • Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation of sales processes, system logic, and runbooks to support scalable operations across multiple sales teams.
  • Serve as a liaison between Sales, Sales Ops, and Product & Engineering to triage issues, propose feature improvements, and align operational processes across sales organizations.
  • Support large-scale initiatives—such as CRM migrations, team integrations, and cross-sell or bundling efforts.
  • Analyze sales performance and pipeline data, build and refine dashboards and reports, and track post-deployment KPIs, impact, and ROI to guide data-informed decisions.
