Senior Salesforce Product Analyst

The Senior Product Analyst is responsible for understanding and analyzing the vision, strategy, and roadmap of products and initiatives. This role involves eliciting and documenting requirements, ensuring quality deliverables, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. The Senior Product Analyst will play a key role in linking business needs with technical solutions, leading discovery sessions, ensuring that product features and functionalities provide value and solve targeted problems.

We Innovate to shape the future of CRE, so in this role you will:

Responsibilities:

• Understand the product/initiative vision, strategy, roadmap, and OKRs.
• Comprehend product features and functionalities, the value they provide, and the problems they solve for upcoming releases.
• Elicit requirements from internal and external user/stakeholder feedback.
• Record use cases and scenarios using common formats, linking them to business context/needs with complete user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
• Distinguish between functional and non-functional requirements.
• Accept or reject delivered work based on acceptance criteria.
• Participate in ensuring quality deliverables.
• Work collaboratively and effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Analyze existing platforms and processes to make technical and functional recommendations.
• Conduct stakeholder research via workshops, one off meeting and via analysis of existing documentation.
• Own and manage the product backlog and assist with product roadmap.
• Actively participate in all Agile/Scrum events.
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven track record implementing Salesforce in a matrixed organization.
• Active Salesforce administration certification.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Monday.com, Smartsheet etc).
• Comfort managing scrum teams consisting of developers and designers.
• Supported history articulating product vision and customer expectations through agile artifacts (Ex: user stories, features and releases).
• Demonstrated history supporting product vision, strategy and roadmap execution.
• Ability to take to partners at all levels of the organization.
• Self-Starter who isn’t afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in a similar position
