We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Software Engineer to join our Business Systems Team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building reliable, scalable systems that connect Salesforce to the rest of our ecosystem.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Austin, TX.
As a Senior Salesforce Software Engineer you will:Maintain existing integrations between Salesforce and systems like Talkdesk, Iterable, and other internal services using REST, Platform Events, and middleware. Design and Build additional integrations as needed.
Build and optimize Flows, validation rules, and process automation using best practices.
Write clean, maintainable Apex, LWCs, and Flows aligned with platform best practices.
Lead our transition from Gearset to GitHub Actions + SFDX-Hardis, improving automation and version control.
Extend Salesforce capabilities with custom solutions and, where applicable, contribute to other internal applications.
Identify bottlenecks, enforce data quality, and optimize runtime efficiency.
Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Operations to ensure cohesive cross-system workflows.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
There's no specific minimum number of years requirement, but we expect you to be able to dive into our salesforce instance without too much spin-up.

Compensation above market: $240,000 total comp including meaningful equity.
