Lead end-to-end SAP FI/CO finance workstream: configure FI and CO submodules, design S/4HANA finance solutions, manage integrations with MM/SD, produce functional specs, support testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization while partnering with stakeholders.

Role Overview We are seeking a Senior SAP FI/FICO Consultant to lead financial configuration and design on an enterprise SAP engagement. This is a hands-on functional role for a consultant who can own the finance workstream end to end and partner closely with client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
- Design and implement Controlling components: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
- Lead or support S/4HANA Finance activities, including new Asset Accounting, the Universal Journal, and migration or greenfield design work.
- Manage integration points with MM, SD, and other modules to ensure clean end-to-end financial postings.
- Gather requirements, produce functional specifications, and coordinate with technical teams on custom developments.
- Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT), cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.

Required Qualifications
- Must be US-based and authorized to work in the United States.
- 10+ years of SAP FI/FICO experience across the full project lifecycle.
- Deep configuration expertise in FI and CO sub-modules.
- Demonstrated experience on at least one full S/4HANA implementation or migration.
- Strong requirements-gathering and stakeholder-facing communication skills.
Preferred
- S/4HANA Finance or Central Finance experience.
- Industry-specific finance exposure (e.g., manufacturing, utilities, or public sector).
- SAP certification in FI and/or CO.
