KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced Senior SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to lead change management initiatives during SAP transformation programs. The ideal candidate will focus on preparing, equipping, and supporting individuals and organizations to successfully adopt SAP-driven process, system, and cultural changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans aligned with SAP implementation projects.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and training initiatives to ensure user adoption.
- Conduct impact analysis and assess organizational readiness for SAP transformation.
- Partner with project teams to integrate OCM activities into overall program management.
- Design and deliver end-user training programs and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Build and maintain change networks and champions across the business.
- Track and measure adoption, usage, and effectiveness of change management strategies.
- Provide executive coaching and leadership alignment for SAP-enabled business changes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, with at least 5+ years in SAP programs.
- Strong expertise in SAP transformation initiatives (S/4HANA, ECC, or Cloud Solutions).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale change initiatives in global organizations.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and multicultural environments.
Nice to Have
- Certification in PROSCI, ADKAR, or other change management methodologies.
- Experience in SAP training tools (Enable Now, SuccessFactors Learning, etc.).
- Exposure to digital transformation and cloud adoption programs.
