Senior SAP SD_CS Business Application Analyst

 

Location

 

Cairo, Egypt

 

Role Purpose:

Responsible for planning, designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP SD/CS solutions within the S/4HANA environment. The role ensures efficient execution and optimization of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, seamless integration with other SAP modules, and delivery of assigned projects aligned with business requirements.

Key Accountabilities:

1- SAP SD Configuration & O2C Management

●       Configure SAP SD modules in S/4HANA, including Sales Documents, Pricing, Business Partner, Output Determination, Shipping, Delivery, and Billing

●       Manage and optimize full Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle (Inquiry → Quotation → Sales Order → Delivery → Billing → Payment)

●       Ensure integration with SAP FI (Finance) and SAP MM (Materials Management)

2- Business Requirement Analysis

●       Engage with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Logistics to gather requirements

●       Analyze and document business processes and prepare BRDs and Functional Specifications (FS)

●       Recommend SAP best practices aligned with business needs

3- Testing & Quality Assurance

●       Prepare and execute Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

●       Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system defects

●       Ensure quality and stability of SAP solutions

4- Support & Continuous Improvement

●       Provide L2/L3 support and resolve complex SAP SD issues

●       Analyze root causes and recommend enhancements

●       Support post-go-live activities and system improvements

5- Integration & Collaboration

●       Work closely with SAP FI, MM, and PP teams to ensure seamless integration

●       Ensure accurate data flow across modules and systems

6- Training & Documentation

●       Conduct end-user training sessions

●       Develop user manuals, configuration documents, and technical documentation

●       Ensure all documentation is up to date

Job Specifications

●       Bachelor’s Degree in MIS or related field

●       3–6 years of experience in SAP/ERP implementation and support

●       Minimum one full lifecycle SAP implementation (SD/CS preferred)

●       Hands-on experience in SAP SD and S/4HANA environment

●       Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes

●       Experience in integration with SAP FI and MM modules

●       SAP certification is a plus

●       Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems

●       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

●       Good communication and stakeholder management skills
