As an Epic Reporting Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of reporting projects for different healthcare organizations. Your responsibilities will include gathering reporting requirements, designing and developing reports, conducting testing and validation, and providing post-implementation support. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of the reporting projects.

For this role you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Experience
• Strong, hands on, and deep experience with dimensional modeling
• Proven experience designing and building fact and dimension tables in Snowflake
• Demonstrated ability to develop, optimize, and maintain scalable dimensional data models
• Ability to step into an existing environment and be productive from the start
• Experience translating business requirements into effective data warehouse solutions
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices
• Experience in hospital or HealthCare environments is a strong plus
• Epic Clarity and Caboodle certifications and or experience is a strong plus
• Exposure to clinical, financial, or operational healthcare data preferred
• Soft-Skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
