Senior Software Engineer
Fort Worth, TX No relocation assistance - Flexibility: Hybrid schedule (Work from home every Monday & Friday).

What will you be doing?
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications to support business operations
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Incorporating AI software development when needed, using CoPilot or similar
  • Optimize and troubleshoot existing codebases and database queries for performance and scalability
  • Develop and maintain APIs and integrations with third-party systems
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, security, and data integrity
  • Document technical specifications and system architecture
  • Learn and adapt to changes in requirements from the business
 
What are the minimum qualifications?
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar discipline
  • Senior software development experience
  • Strong experience with C#, .NET, and SQL Server
  • Understanding of ObjectOriented Programming and design patterns
  • Knowledge of relational database design and development, with SQL Server
  • Understanding of data structures, ETL processes, and system integrations
  • Excellent problemsolving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
 
What will make your résumé stand out?
  • Using AI for software development, CoPilot or similar
  • Experience working in financial investment or financial services
  • Familiarity with APIs, scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
