Meet Eloquent AI

At Eloquent AI, we’re building the next generation of AI Operators—multimodal, autonomous systems that execute complex workflows across fragmented tools with human-level precision. Our technology goes far beyond chat: it sees, reads, clicks, types, and makes decisions—transforming how work gets done in regulated, high-stakes environments.

We’re already powering some of the world’s leading financial institutions and insurers, fundamentally changing how millions of people manage their finances every day. From automating compliance reviews to handling customer operations, our Operators are quietly replacing repetitive, manual tasks with intelligent, end-to-end execution.

Headquartered in San Francisco with a global footprint, Eloquent AI is a fast-growing company backed by top-tier investors. Join us to work alongside world-class talent in AI, engineering, and product as we redefine the future of financial services.

Your Role
  • Build, automate, and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.

  • Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for rapid and reliable deployments across multiple environments.

  • Oversee container orchestration with Kubernetes and Docker, ensuring high availability and scalability.

  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and AWS CloudWatch.

  • Strengthen infrastructure security and compliance, aligning with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR frameworks.

  • Collaborate with backend, ML, and product teams to streamline deployment workflows and improve release velocity.

  • Optimise cost, performance, and resilience across compute, storage, and network resources.

  • Participate in on-call rotations and continuously improve incident response and reliability engineering practices.

Requirements
  • AWS Certified (Solutions Architect, SysOps, or DevOps Professional) — required.

  • 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering.

  • Strong expertise with AWS services (ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3, EC2, CloudWatch, IAM, RDS).

  • Proven experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI).

  • Hands-on experience with Terraform or other IaC frameworks.

  • Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or Go).

  • Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.

  • Solid understanding of security, compliance, and infrastructure best practices in regulated environments.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving startup.

Bonus Points If…
  • You’ve built infrastructure for AI or ML workloads (GPU orchestration, model serving, or data pipelines).

  • You’re experienced with multi-region, high-availability architectures.

  • You’ve contributed to open-source DevOps tools or observability projects.

  • You thrive in an early-stage, high-growth environment and enjoy automating everything.
