What you will do

Senior Solution Architect:

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to drive the design and technical realization of sophisticated enterprise applications and Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) platforms. In this role, you will serve as a technical visionary, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and scalable, cloud-native architectures on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate possesses deep hands-on experience in system design and the ability to engineer a 'Plug-and-Play' framework that seamlessly integrates traditional software development with rapid, low-code application delivery. You will work as a core individual contributor alongside cross-functional teams to build resilient, secure systems while streamlining operational processes through industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture:

  • Cloud Architecture Design: Design, architect, and implement cloud-native and hybrid solutions using Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and more.

  • Solution Blueprinting: Develop comprehensive blueprints focusing on integration strategies, API-first designs, and multi-tenant data flows.

  • Application Modernization: Lead initiatives on modernizing legacy applications by migrating to Azure cloud or re-architecting into microservices or serverless architectures.

  • Process Optimization: Streamline the SDLC by implementing robust CI/CD pipelines and release strategies such as Blue/Green or Canary deployments.

  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Developers, Data Engineers, and Business Leads to align technical designs with business ROI.

Azure Cloud Expertise:

  • Cloud Governance: Implement cloud security policies, cost management strategies, and compliance standards like ISO, Gxp, SOX, PII within the Azure ecosystem.

  • Security: Secure Azure environments by implementing identity management (Azure AD), access controls, network security, and compliance protocols such as Azure Policy and Azure Security Center.

  • Scaling and Resilience: Architect highly available and scalable solutions, leveraging auto-scaling, load balancing, and fault-tolerance mechanisms in Azure.

  • Database Management: Design and manage scalable data storage solutions using Azure SQL, Azure Blob Storage, and other related services.

  • Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed architecture documents, deployment guidelines, and runbooks for applications and infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in Solution Architecture or Lead Software Engineering.

  • Azure Certification: AZ-305 (Solutions Architect Expert) or equivalent experience.

  • LCNC Expertise: Proven track record of deploying enterprise-grade solutions on the Power Platform or similar low-code ecosystems.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical jargon into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
