About the Role
We are looking for a Senior RPA architect


Requirements

Area

Must Have

Agentic design

   Shipped, production agentic automation on UiPath

   Reasoning / decisioning and dynamic exception routing

   Handles inputs not explicitly scripted

IXP / document intelligence

   Document classification and extraction

   Confidence-threshold handling for low-confidence results

   Validates fields (member ID, NPI, ICD-10) before acting

Integration & portal resilience

   Resilient selectors that survive portal UI changes

   Retry / recovery on slow, down, or logged-out sessions

   API auth, error handling, idempotency (no double-submit)

Ui Path Task & Process mining


Healthcare & Claims domain

   Comfort in a regulated / compliance-sensitive (PHI/PII) environment

POD fit

   Owns a workstream end-to-end with light direction

   Flexes across all three workstreams

   Clear documentation and demo communication

Validation

   Passes a live technical screen / real code walkthrough
