Responsible for designing, integrating, and optimizing enterprise application systems, ensuring technical solutions meet business needs across various platforms while leading teams and enhancing system interoperability.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to lead the design, integration, support and optimization of our enterprise application landscape. This role will be responsible for supporting and evolving a best-of-breed ecosystem that includes Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, IBM OMS, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in enterprise architecture, cross-platform integrations, and business process optimization across finance, supply chain, and order management domains..
Responsibilities:
- Architect and oversee end-to-end enterprise solutions across Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, IBM OMS, and WMS platforms
- Define integration strategies to ensure seamless data flow across systems (APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture)
- Lead system design for scalability, performance, and reliability across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Drive standardization and best practices across enterprise applications
- Evaluate and recommend new tools/technologies to enhance scheduling, orchestration, and system interoperability
- Provide technical leadership for major initiatives, upgrades, and transformations
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and security across systems
- Troubleshoot complex cross-system issues and provide architectural guidance to support teams
- Mentor engineering and support teams, including offshore resources
Qualifications:
- Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. Preferred Certification: Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- Cloud & DevOps Expertise: Over 5 years of experience in cloud computing (Azure-focused), including large-scale implementations, migrations, CI/CD, and disaster recovery automation. Skilled in Azure DevOps and equivalent tools (GoCD, Jenkins, Sonar, Nexus), including Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, GitHub Actions, and IaC using Terraform.
- Software Engineering & Architecture: 5+ years of experience with VSTS, ASP.NET MVC, C#, SQL, JavaScript, Entity Framework, and architecting complex Microsoft platforms (Azure, AD, Exchange, Lync, O365).
- Cloud Technologies & Tools: Deep knowledge of Compute, Storage, Databases, API Management, Managed Apps, FaaS, and container platforms like AKS/EKS. Experience with SharePoint, Power BI, ServiceNow, Mobile Web toolkits, and Kubernetes.
- Agile Practices & Automation: Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies, continuous integration/deployment, test automation, and solution documentation/design.
- Security & Compliance: Strong understanding of IT compliance and risk management including security, privacy, PCI, PII, SOC-2.
