Job Role
As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will serve as a strategic partner to multiple Account Executives, acting as a trusted advisor who clearly articulates both business and technical value. Your primary mission is to help drive revenue for AutoRABIT by supporting new customer acquisition and expanding relationships within our existing customer base. Your core responsibilities include conducting client discovery sessions, delivering compelling product demonstrations, responding to RFPs, leading POCs, and performing other traditional presales activities. You will also play a key role in ensuring customer success by managing a seamless transition from Sales to our Customer Success Organization and collaborating closely with the Enterprise Services team to communicate use cases and implementation considerations for a smooth deployment and go-live.
Desired Skills and Experience
• 5+ years of presales experience
• Strong understanding of Salesforce development
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of DevOps pipelines (Jenkins, CircleCI, Travis CI, etc.)
• Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals
• Scripting or automation experience (Python, Golang)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education and Qualifications
• Fluency in English
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Salary for this role is $175,000 - $200,000 depending on experience.

- Engage directly with large enterprise prospects and clients in a presales capacity, applying Challenger principles;
- Lead strategic conversations around CI/CD transformation, Static Code Analysis, and Security Posture Management, addressing key business, technical, functional, and operational needs;
- Demonstrate domain/product expertise, establish credibility, and build customer confidence as a trusted advisor;
- Provide technical overviews covering product architecture, functionality, data requirements, and integrations with thir-party applications (ALM, version control, etc.);
- Prepare and deliver high-quality technical responses for RFPs and RFIs;
- Maintain deep expertise across all AutoRABIT products, including current capabilities and future enhancements;
- Partner closely with the Account Team to support customer success, retention, and expansion;
- Execute POCs that effectively validate technical fit and drive meaningful business outcomes;
- Adhere to set internal controls.
