At Voxel, we’re transforming workplace safety and operational efficiency through AI-driven computer vision technology that helps organizations see unseen risks before incidents occur.

Voxel’s platform enables Fortune 500 safety and operations leaders to uncover root causes, drive proactive risk reduction, and make smarter, data-driven decisions. Our Solutions Engineering team ensures customers successfully adopt, deploy, and scale Voxel across complex enterprise environments.

The Role

This role is critical to accelerating sales cycles, reducing deployment risk, and driving long-term customer success.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead technical discovery and architecture discussions with enterprise IT and security teams during pre-sales engagements and post sales/deployment architecture.

  • Validate network readiness and design scalable, secure deployment architectures across distributed sites.

  • Partner closely with Sales to remove technical blockers and increase deal confidence.

  • Own technical implementation strategy post-signature, ensuring smooth rollout across multi-site environments.

  • Serve as senior escalation point for network and infrastructure challenges during deployment.

  • Translate complex technical requirements into clear, executive-ready summaries and action plans.

  • Develop standardized implementation playbooks and best practices to scale enterprise deployments.

  • Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering to improve deployment efficiency and integration flexibility.

What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • 8–12 years of experience in enterprise network engineering, infrastructure architecture, or customer-facing technical roles.

  • Significant experience working directly with enterprise IT and security stakeholders.

  • Deep expertise in networking and cybersecurity fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, Proxies, SD-WAN).

  • Proven ability to own complex technical workstreams from discovery through go-live.

  • Strong executive communication skills and comfort influencing Director/VP-level stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated success operating independently in high-growth or ambiguous environments.

Nice to Have
  • Experience supporting AI-driven deployments.

  • Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP).

  • Background in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial environments.

  • Relevant certifications (CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, etc.).
