  • Validation: Design and execute evaluation plans that align technical validation with commercial milestones.
  • Presentation: Deliver executive-level demos and presentations that translate platform capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
  • Proof of Value: Lead POV engagements, including data analysis and ROI storytelling.
  • Risk Management: Identify and proactively manage technical risks that could impact deal progression.
  • Sales Partnership: Partner closely with Sales to influence competitive positioning and maintain deal momentum.
  • Handoffs: Collaborate with Implementation and Professional Services to ensure clean handoffs and executable commitments.
  • Enablement: Contribute to the evolution of pre-sales frameworks, demo strategy, and technical best practices.
  • Enterprise Experience: Proven track record supporting mid-market to enterprise B2B sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of APIs, integration patterns, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to translate complex operational challenges into structured technical solutions.
  • Communication: Exceptional skills in presenting to both technical teams and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret operational data and contribute to building compelling business cases.
  • Drive: High degree of ownership, accountability, and internal drive.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree and/or 6–10 years of related experience in a SaaS environment (Solutions Engineering, Technical Implementation, or Customer Success); or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Supply chain, logistics, transportation, or e-commerce infrastructure is strongly preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic office products (Google Workspace); experience with SaaS platforms in logistics/supply chain (WMS, OMS, TMS, Multi-Carrier Platforms); mastery of APIs and tools like Postman; and a demonstrated ability to learn new technology quickly.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with various concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read/interpret technical documents and write professional correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or coworkers,
  • High degree of ownership, accountability, and internal drive.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
