Lead solutions marketing for NetBrain’s network automation platform by discovering high-value use cases, developing positioning and proof points, creating launch content, and executing go-to-market plans. Maintain organized solution content and manage multiple concurrent launches and partner or vertical initiatives.

Founded in 2004, NetBrain is the leader in no-code network automation. Its ground-breaking Next-Gen platform provides IT operations teams with the ability to scale their hybrid multi-cloud connected networks by automating the processes associated with Diagnostic Troubleshooting, Outage Prevention and Protected Change Management.  Today, over 2,500 of the world’s largest enterprises and managed services providers leverage NetBrain’s platform.

What We Need

We are hiring a Senior Solutions Marketing Manager to lead how NetBrain comes to life in the form of use cases and solutions that align to our buyers needs.  Use cases and solutions are not just as a bundle of product capabilities and surface from many places—sales conversations, customer patterns, product capability, and partners are just one example—and this role takes the ones worth pursuing and turns them into a packaged, sellable story: positioning, proof points, and go-to-market plans that reach buyers wherever they encounter NetBrain. You will partner with the Solution Marketing team, Product , Sales, and Partners to translate NetBrain's platform into solutions buyers can find, evaluate, and buy.

What You'll Do

Use Case & Solution Discovery. Partner with Marketing, sales and product on discovery, then take the lead on turning the ones worth pursuing into positioning, proof points, and launch content buyers and sellers can use immediately. This complements the Product Marketing work on core product capabilities—together you cover the full platform-to-solution story.

Partner Go-to-Market. Collaborate with the Partner team to develop go-to-market planning for solutions that come through partners: packaging and promoting joint solutions, building co-branded positioning and sales assets, and defining the play a partner and a NetBrain seller run together. Bring in Product Marketing support—messaging, proof points, launch assets—so partner-sourced solutions carry the same quality and consistency as any other use case. Build the relationships with Sales and Partners that make these plays easy to execute.

Industry & Vertical Solution Plays. Build out industry- and vertical-specific solution narratives—identifying which verticals deserve a dedicated play, then translating general platform value into vertical-specific proof points, messaging, and content with input from the field. Treat vertical solution development as a repeatable process so NetBrain can stand up a credible new vertical story as the business expands into it.

What You Bring

  • You have 6-10 years in product marketing or solutions marketing in B2B software; infrastructure, networking, or IT operations experience is a strong plus
  • Experience building a use-case or solution narrative from scratch—identifying it, positioning it, and turning it into content that sells, not just documenting a feature someone else built
  • You have worked with partners to build a joint go-to-market play—co-branded positioning, joint sales assets, or a defined co-sell motion
  • Track record of keeping a growing body of solution content—a resource center, web section, or campaign library—organized and current, not just contributing pieces to it
  • Translation abilities of a general platform story into an industry- or segment-specific narrative that lands with that buyer
  • Ability to manage several concurrent workstreams—a use-case launch, a partner play, a vertical rollout—without losing quality on any of them
  • You default to asking “how does this show up for the buyer” rather than staying at the strategy level
  • You are low ego and high ownership, and want to grow into broader solutions marketing leadership over time
  • Background in network management, observability or infrastructure automation are nice to have
  • Experience using marketing platforms with AI, Agentic or Automation capabilities is also a plus
  • Manual Dexterity: Repetitive motion of wrists, hands and fingers for using a computer.
  • Stationary Tasks: Sitting for extended periods, remaining in a stationary position.
