Experience: 3-4 years of experience in billing, financial analysis, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
Strong understanding of SaaS billing models and revenue recognition principles.
Skills:
Proficiency with billing and financial software (NetSuite, SFDC).
Advanced Excel skills and the ability to handle large datasets.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to address and resolve billing issues.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding billing inquiries and issues.Desirable Requirements

Shift: 5:30PM to 2:30AM IST (EST Hours)
