The Role:
Our North American Logistics department is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our team. The Logistics Specialist will support our Logistics Execution Team. This role involves various responsibilities related to executing our global transportation strategy with our North American sties, develop performance monitoring for sites and external partners, implement and optimize shipping processes, develop and analysis reports and data pertaining to core KPIs, and provide input on strategic logistics network design. The Logistics Specialist acts as a liaison between tactical site teams and global strategic teams, contributing to concept development, logistics coordination, data analysis, and process improvement efforts.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and drive core Logistics KPIs, such as On Time Shipping and Lead Time reduction.
Design booking, scheduling, and other transportation procedures to match with our SAP ERP and deliver optimal shipping results.
Produce reports to measure key performance metrics and analyze data to identify improvement.
Lead cross-functional team meetings to drive performance improvement and cost out efforts.
Act as a liaison between North American shipping sites and our global transportation partners – both internal teams and carriers/forwarders – to deliver optimize processes that fit the needs of the business and our customers.
Deploy and act as a Subject Matter Expert for new Logistics tools, such as a Transportation Management System and Power BI reports.
Ensure compliance under our global routing guide with shippers.
Follow PACE values and conduct best business practices according to our Global Logistics standards.
What We Seek:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience using and designing Power BI dashboards and reports
Experience with SAP Operating System
Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, and Warehousing; 3+ years of experience preferred
May require limited domestic travel
Excellent Candidates Should Have:
Bachelor’s degree (Related studies: Business; Supply Chain, Logistics)
Experience with SAP Operating System; 3+ years of experience preferred
Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, and Warehousing; 5+ years of experience preferred

Pay range is 85k-105k/year based on experience.
