Qohash is building the zero copy data security control layer, enterprises need to adopt AI safely.

Our platform, Qostodian, helps large organizations discover, classify, govern, and remediate sensitive unstructured data across their most critical data sources without moving or copying the data. This zero copy architecture reduces exposure, preserves data sovereignty, and allows enterprises to secure data directly where it lives.

This matters because AI adoption is increasing the risk, complexity, and urgency of enterprise data security. Before organizations can safely deploy AI agents, copilots, retrieval systems, or automated workflows, they need to know where sensitive data lives, who and what can access it, and how to enforce controls at scale.

Company culture is at our core

Our 5 core values are more than just words, they are a way of life for us. We know that companies with a strong culture and a higher purpose perform better in the long run.
Do our values speak to you?

  • Pursuit of excellence
  • Resilience
  • Mission focus
  • Accountability
  • Embracing conflict
Who you are

Qohash is seeking a senior, dynamic Strategic Account Executive to join our Sales team. Reporting to the SVP Revenue, this role plays a dual role in driving the growth of Qohash by hunting for direct opportunities and selling our innovative solutions through our Partner ecosystem.

You bring an established network and reputation within the cybersecurity and data security community; large enterprise buyers, partners, and industry peers already know your name. That existing credibility means you can open doors into net-new enterprise accounts quickly, and you are equally comfortable running the commercial conversation and speaking credibly to a CIO, CISO, or CFO audience about data risk and governance.

With an uncapped commission structure that rewards high achievers and provides accelerators for exceeding quotas, the unlimited earning potential reflects Qohash's commitment to recognizing and rewarding excellence at the level this role is built for.

What you will do
  •     Proactively generate opportunities within the ideal customer profile and build relationships with channel partners and stakeholders to access qualified leads.
  •     Leverage your existing enterprise network and industry standing to secure direct access to decision-makers at target accounts faster than a standard sales cycle allows.
  •     Understand and analyze assigned target accounts, identifying key stakeholders and strategizing engagement for meaningful business conversations.
  •     Present Qohash solutions and technology demonstrations to align customer understanding with our value in data protection, credibly framing the conversation for a C-Level and high-executives audience when needed.
  •     Represent Qohash publicly on an as-needed basis (for example, a conference panel, an analyst conversation, or a partner event) where it directly supports an active pursuit or named account strategy.
  •     Provide accurate quarterly forecasts and regularly communicate quota progress to revenue operations and management, whilst maintaining accurate CRM Data.
  •     Actively participate in the company’s continuous improvement process and training sessions, and mentor other Account Executives given your seniority. Travel as required.
What your resume showsMust haves
  •     9-12 years in sales in cybersecurity data security, or a related field
  •     A demonstrable, established network of enterprise relationships (CIO, CISO, CFO level) with a track record of converting that network into new pipeline quickly.
  •     Recognized standing in the data security / cybersecurity community, for example, public speaking, published thought leadership, active industry or analyst engagement.
  •     Experience with channel and partner programs in the cybersecurity, data security, or related field.
  •     Proven ability to manage large enterprise sales cycles involving multiple parties and anticipating next steps.
  •     Capability to handle smaller deals where velocity is essential due to lower subscription amounts.
  •     Ability to thrive both independently and as a collaborative team player in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to haves
  •     Familiarity with Data Security, Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), firewalls, SIEM, EDRs, and other related technologies.
  •     Working knowledge of data governance or GRC program frameworks, and comfort discussing them at an executive level.
  •     Familiarity with sales processes such as MEDDIC.
  •     Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCSP, CISM, or equivalent).

What’s in it for you?
  •     Competitive salary range, banded to Senior or Principal level, plus uncapped commission based on quota attainment.
  •     Up to six weeks of paid time off annually.
  •     A comprehensive employer-funded health benefits package, featuring life insurance, short-term disability coverage, in- and out-of-network healthcare options, dental and vision coverage, and a health spending account (HSA).

Qohash is an Equal Opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, colour, religion, national origin, disability, protected Veteran status, age, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. A working proficiency in English is required for this position based on the company’s operational requirements. Only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
