You will join our global Customer and Business Strategy consulting practice, helping Fortune 500 leaders navigate complex enterprise transformations and accelerate commercial growth. In this role, you will seamlessly connect high-level strategy directly to operational execution.

Working as a Senior Strategist and trusted advisor to C-suite and senior stakeholders, you will be responsible for architecting future-ready GTM strategies and leading all things Account Based Experiences (ABX). You will translate complex enterprise challenges into clear, high-growth roadmaps, backed by robust business cases and cutting-edge marketing technology ecosystems.

What will your day look like?

As our new  Senior Strategy Consultant, you will join our dynamic consulting practice, shaping executive recommendations and leading large-scale digital and commercial transformations for the Fortune 500.  You will manage multiple client projects simultaneously, working with both B2B and integrated B2B/B2C strategies.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Drive modern B2B & GTM strategies: Partner with senior client executives to formulate scalable go-to-market strategies, omni-channel commercial roadmaps, and revenue-acceleration models.
  • Lead all things Account Based Experiences (ABX): Serve as our subject matter authority on full-funnel account-based growth—designing integrated ABX frameworks that combine buyer intent, tailored content journeys, and sales-marketing orchestration to win, retain, and expand tier-one accounts.
  • Execute as a senior ABM Strategist: Build bespoke 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many account-based programs, integrating CRM architecture, lifecycle nurture paths, and automated account scoring models.
  • Own strategic client deliverables: Manage and deliver executive-ready playbooks, business cases, transformation roadmaps, and high-impact presentations for executive leadership.
  • Facilitate high-stakes workshops & discovery: Lead interactive strategy sessions, stakeholder interviews, and design-thinking workshops with C-suite and cross-functional client teams.
  • Analyze commercial performance & build business cases: Analyze complex marketing and pipeline metrics to establish clear KPI frameworks, attribution models, and ROI justifications.
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams: Partner with our global network of technologists, data scientists, creatives, and platform partners (Salesforce, Adobe, Braze, Google, AWS, Microsoft) to turn strategic concepts into operational reality.
  • Fuel practice growth & thought leadership: Author industry points-of-view (POVs) on emerging B2B trends, mentor junior consultants, and actively contribute to new business pitches and proposals.

Who are you going to work with?

You will be part of our global Customer and Business Strategy Consulting team at MAP enjoying an international environment with vast opportunities for personal and professional growth.

You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary experts across tech, data, creative, and account management teams globally. Externally, you will partner with both executive management and specialists across marketing, sales, digital, and technology functions. Our clients span diverse industries, from B2B industrials and technology to FMCG, automotive, retail, and financial services.

Note: As our clients and teams operate across global time zones, a flexible mindset and a willingness to travel are key.

What do you bring to the table?

You are a self-motivated strategy professional with a structured approach to solving complex, ambiguous business challenges. You seamlessly bridge the gap between big-picture strategic thinking and granular operational execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

    • 5–8+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or agency-side B2B commercial strategy.
    • Proven track record as an ABM Strategist with demonstrable experience designing and scaling account-based marketing/experience frameworks within complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
    • Demonstrated success defining GTM strategies that align sales, marketing, and customer success engines around measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
    • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with mastery in building concise, executive-level slide decks and business cases that simplify complex, ambiguous problems.
    • A structured, consultative problem-solving mindset, comfortable navigating matrixed Fortune 500 enterprise organizations.
    • Familiarity with enterprise marketing technology stacks, including CRMs, CDPs, MAPs, and intent/ABM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, 6sense, Demandbase, HubSpot).
    • Strong collaborative spirit, with the ability to lead workstreams across globally distributed, cross-functional teams.
    • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
