- Mentor, educate, and grow the technology capabilities of the Windows Infrastructure and Server Administration team by providing current and future state technology overview and education
- Provide 3rd level support of Windows Infrastructure and Server Administration Engineers
- Ensure the maintenance and accuracy of Windows Infrastructure and Server Administration documentation
- Develop new and improve existing processes and procedures as it relates to maintenance, automation, system testing, and functional validation
- Participate in maintenance and enhancement projects to SAN, virtualization, backup, Cisco UCS, Dell OME and other technologies
- Participate in problem management and root cause analysis
- Participate in 24x7 On-Call rotation

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent training and/or experience
- 7+ years of experience as a network or systems administrator
- Knowledge of data communications standards and implementations
- Solid understanding of IT operations and their related dependencies for executing our contracts successfully
- Proficient Microsoft Software Suite skills
- Proven solid interpersonal skills including the ability to present, persuade and provide professional presentation materials to both large and small groups
- Proven excellent teamwork skills and demonstrated ability to work independently
- Proven organizational skills, project and time management, as well as follow through and attention to detail
- Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Equivalent combination of education, experience and/or applicable military experience will be considered
- If you are offered this position, you will be required to provide extensive personal information to obtain and maintain a suitability or determination of eligibility for a Confidential/Secret or Top Secret security clearance as a condition of your employment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications on related Microsoft, Cisco, EMC and other Technologies
- ITIL or other ITSM framework certification
- DOD/VA/Military Clearances
- National Career Readiness Certificate
- Cisco UCS and EMC enterprise products
- Working experience with automation tools such as SCCM and Orchestrator
- Working experience and knowledge of Infrastructure as Code
- Working experience with Microsoft, VMWare, Cisco, and EMC enterprise products
