We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, partnering closely with hiring managers, and delivering high-quality talent within agreed timelines.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably within an MNC, BPO, shared services, or high-volume recruitment environment.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and job levels.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and handling stakeholder expectations.
- Strong interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use recruitment data to drive decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ATS, recruitment platforms, and LinkedIn.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills such as Mandarin or Malay are an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, workforce needs, and candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, talent databases, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and assessments to evaluate suitability.
- Manage multiple vacancies across different functions and levels, including high-volume and specialist hiring.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide market insights on talent availability, salary expectations, competitor activity, and recruitment trends.
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Prepare and negotiate employment offers within approved salary ranges and company guidelines.
- Work closely with HR, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and hiring completion.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, hiring volume, and source effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
