We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a proven track record of sourcing and placing sales and marketing talent throughout the US, EMEA and AsiaPacific.
Our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will manage full lifecycle recruiting, build relationships with key business leaders and stakeholders, as well as nurture and cultivate candidate relationships.
This role can be based anywhere in the US.
What You’ll Do (aka Responsibilities)
- Serve as a talent partner and subject matter expert
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, offer process and close of candidates primarily for sales and marketing roles in North America, EMEA and APAC
- Partner with business leadership to understand the organization's needs and develop sourcing strategies that efficiently deliver high-quality talent; build talent profiles and pipelines
- Champion an excellent candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance
- Develop diverse candidate pipelines
- Develop and nurture relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Build internal relationships to foster quality internal employee referrals
- Effectively manage assigned requisitions
- Adherence to employment and labor laws during the employment process and beyond
- Manage candidate lifecycle in Applicant Tracking System, documenting changes, updates and reporting
What You’ll Bring (aka Experience, Skills Education)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field or the equivalent in combined education and experience
- 7+ years full life cycle recruiting experience which includes proven experience sourcing and placing sales and marketing a high tech (software preferred) environment, preferred
- Experience in high tech (software preferred) and fast-paced entrepreneurial environments preferred
- Experience sourcing and placing talent throughout North America, EMEA and Asia Pacific
- Knowledge of employment and labor laws
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; cross-culturally sensitive
- Proven experience sourcing and placing technical talent throughout Russia
- Client-centric approach, emotional intelligence, and good judgment
- Work well independently and as part of a team; self-directed, requiring limited direct supervision
- Excellent problem solving, multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize workload
- Proven ability to effectively manage requisition workloads effectively
