The Senior Technical Lead for ICAM oversees engineering activities for information systems, ensuring stability and efficient operations. Responsibilities include planning, managing systems engineering teams, executing risk assessments, and verifying system optimizations.

Required Clearance: Required to have and maintain a Non-Sensitive / High Risk (Public Trust) security clearance (Tier 4/6c).
Certifications: An AWS Solution Architect certification is mandatory.
Required Education: HS Diploma/GED
Required Experience: Twelve (12)+ years of experience in supporting Identity Credential and Access Management technologies. Seven (7)+ years of experience working and integrating with ID Verification third-party servicers. (i.e., Transunion, Experian, Equifax, LexisNexis). Seven (7)+ years of experience in supporting IBM Products, Oracle Products, and Cloud Base Products
Position Description:
PingWind is seeking a Senior Technical Lead for ICAM who assures that the system meets the stability, integrity, and efficient operation requirements in accordance with the approved specifications. Provides support for the development of acquisition documentation, milestone reviews, and key operational/test events. Verifies that the system is being maintained and is optimized once operational.
Primary Responsibilities:
Typical Responsibilities/Tasks:
• Oversees engineering activities supporting the organization's information systems being developed, modified, or operational.
• Plans, designs, develops, evaluates, tests, and integrates an organization's systems infrastructure, including the implementation and design of hardware and software.
• Leada engineering activities of an organization's information systems.
• Supervises the Systems Engineering staff and activities of an organization's information systems.
• May provide support to, review, maintain, and optimize all networked software and associated operating systems.
• Manages systems engineering team.
• Executes and manages risk assessments and develops mitigation strategies. Plans the cost, schedule, and execution plan for the projects. Develops and reviews technical performance metrics.
• Experience with the planning, management, leadership, and coordination of multiple concurrent tasks, each with strict deadlines for a large-scale highly available system that is integrated with business-critical systems contemplated in this PWS.
• Demonstrated understanding of the software development/enhancement/maintenance lifecycle.
• Strong technical understanding of Information Technology systems and services
• Strong technical understanding of Information Technology, Identity and Access Management, and AWS GovCloud systems and services for the areas of work contemplated in PWS.
• Experience with agile development/scrum to understand how enhancements, defects, or other requests impacts the architecture of the application.
• Expert knowledge of recent technological advances in computer science and engineering
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
