Why work at Nebius
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud computing to serve the global AI economy. We create the tools and resources our customers need to solve real-world challenges and transform industries, without massive infrastructure costs or the need to build large in-house AI/ML teams. Our employees work at the cutting edge of AI cloud infrastructure alongside some of the most experienced and innovative leaders and engineers in the field.

Where we work
Headquartered in Amsterdam and listed on Nasdaq, Nebius has a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, North America, and Israel. The team of over 800 employees includes more than 400 highly skilled engineers with deep expertise across hardware and software engineering, as well as an in-house AI R&D team.

The role:

We are looking for a Technical Network Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale, mission-critical network initiatives across our AI-focused, bare-metal infrastructure. You will own execution across planning, coordination, and rollout phases, ensuring network stack deployments and upgrades are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with production reliability and scalability requirements.

This role requires strong technical depth in network architecture and infrastructure environments combined with structured program ownership. You will operate across engineering, data center operations, hardware, and automation teams to ensure predictable delivery of complex networking programs with fleet-wide impact.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Own full lifecycle delivery of network infrastructure projects, from planning and design alignment to production rollout and post-deployment validation

  • Drive structured execution across defined delivery stages, ensuring clear milestones, risk mitigation, and dependency management

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including network engineering, systems, data center operations, and hardware stakeholders

  • Translate network architecture and stack requirements into actionable project plans with measurable outcomes

  • Identify and proactively resolve delivery risks, technical blockers, and resource constraints

  • Ensure network deployments meet scalability, reliability, and performance standards required for AI and GPU-dense environments

  • Track progress, report status to leadership, and maintain transparency across technical and executive stakeholders

  • Leverage automation and AI-driven tools to improve planning accuracy, operational visibility, and execution efficiency

  • Influence cross-team priorities to maintain alignment with infrastructure roadmap and production needs

What we expect you to have:

  • Proven experience in technical project or program management within network infrastructure environments

  • Strong understanding of network organization, architecture, and stack components (routing, switching, transport, data center networking)

  • Demonstrated ability to manage structured delivery stages across complex technical initiatives

  • Experience working in infrastructure-heavy or production environments with high reliability requirements

  • Strong leadership and influence skills across technical and cross-functional teams

  • Proactive execution mindset with ownership-driven approach to delivery

  • Ability to identify risks early and drive resolution through structured coordination

It will be an added bonus if you have:

  • Experience managing network projects in large-scale data center or AI infrastructure environments

  • Familiarity with automation frameworks and AI-driven operational tools

  • Exposure to bare-metal provisioning workflows or close-to-the-metal infrastructure environments

  • Experience working with GPU-dense clusters or high-performance networking technologies

Working conditions:

  • Remote role within the United States

  • Full-time position

Key employee benefits:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • 401(k) plan with company match

  • Paid time off and company holidays

  • Equity participation

  • Annual performance-based bonus

Compensation

We offer competitive salaries, ranging from $146,880 – $220,320 base, + equity and quarterly performance bonuses.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Opportunities for professional growth within Nebius.
  • Flexible working arrangements.
  • A dynamic and collaborative work environment that values initiative and innovation.

We’re growing and expanding our products every day. If you’re up to the challenge and are excited about AI and ML as much as we are, join us!
