In this role, you’ll guide multidisciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle—from concept through launch—while balancing business goals, technical feasibility, and user needs.

You’re comfortable working across disciplines and partnering with clients, strategists, writers, designers, and developers. You understand best practices in production, project management, and product delivery, but you don’t rely on formulas—you adapt your approach to ensure teams move forward effectively and successfully.

Your ability to translate between technical teams and stakeholders helps create clarity, alignment, and momentum across projects.

What You'll Do

  • Lead large, complex, multidisciplinary digital projects from start to finish.
  • Manage technical production using Agile methodologies and modern development practices.
  • Build and actively manage project plans with a focus on technical scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Partner with technical leads and developers to write, refine, estimate, and assign development tickets.
  • Facilitate sprint rituals including planning, standups, retrospectives, and estimation sessions.
  • Lead design breakdown sessions with developers to clarify requirements and align on implementation.
  • Monitor project velocity and proactively identify risks to timelines or delivery.
  • Ensure the right team members are engaged at the right time to maintain momentum.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across strategy, design, engineering, and client teams.
  • Balance innovative ideas with practical technical feasibility.
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with both internal teams and clients.
  • Foster strong working relationships and guide teams through challenges with clarity and calm.

What You'll Bring

  • 5–8 years of experience producing complex digital or technical projects.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing enterprise-level client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and terminology.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to translate between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate challenges before they impact delivery.
