What does Blueprint do?

Blueprint helps organizations unlock value from existing assets by leveraging cutting-edge technology to create additional revenue streams and new lines of business. We connect strategy, business solutions, products, and services to transform and grow companies.

Why Blueprint?

At Blueprint, we believe in the power of possibility and are passionate about bringing it to life. Whether you join our bustling product division, our multifaceted services team or you want to grow your career in human resources, your ability to make an impact is amplified when you join one of our teams. You’ll focus on solving unique business problems while gaining hands-on experience with the world’s best technology. We believe in unique perspectives and build teams of people with diverse skillsets and backgrounds. At Blueprint, you’ll have the opportunity to work with multiple clients and teams, such as data science and product development, all while learning, growing, and developing new solutions. We guarantee you won’t find a better place to work and thrive than at Blueprint.

In This Role

In this role, you will own the delivery and execution of a highly visible, authenticated web experience for a large-scale consumer digital platform. You will act as the connective tissue between engineering, product, design, research, and business partners—translating goals into clear technical requirements and driving predictable, high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead execution rhythms, create clarity where ambiguity exists, surface risks early, and ensure cross-team alignment so features ship on time. This role requires strong technical fluency in modern web platforms, confidence facilitating complex discussions, and the ability to keep teams focused on outcomes while maintaining a high bar for quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of web programs supporting authenticated user experiences
  • Drive program and project schedules, milestones, and delivery commitments
  • Facilitate recurring execution forums including standups, bug triage, design reviews, and timeline check-ins
  • Translate business goals into clear technical requirements and execution plans
  • Partner closely with engineering to unblock issues, manage dependencies, and mitigate delivery risks
  • Create, review, and maintain functional and technical specifications used to guide implementation decisions
  • Provide clear, concise status reporting including progress updates, burndowns, risk logs, and delivery forecasts
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure features are delivered on schedule and within scope
  • Support product and business partners with technical and analytical insights to inform decision-making
  • Proactively identify risks, surface tradeoffs, and drive resolution before issues impact delivery

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Producer, or in a closely related role
  • 7+ years of experience working within SDLC methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models
  • Hands-on familiarity with modern web development concepts, including React-based single-page applications (SPAs)
  • Strong experience driving cross-functional execution across engineering, design, product, and business stakeholders
  • Proven ability to clarify requirements, scope, and success criteria in ambiguous environments
  • Experience managing complex schedules, dependencies, and delivery risks across multiple teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide crisp, reliable status updates

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting large-scale consumer websites or digital platforms
  • Familiarity with web platform services, content systems, or identity-based user experiences
  • Background working with compliance, privacy, accessibility, or user-safety standards
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, high-quality product organizations with strong delivery expectations
  • Comfort acting as a facilitator and decision driver when teams encounter ambiguity or competing priorities

Salary Range

At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $110,000 to $120,000 annually. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
