At MNTN, we put our people first, full stop. This allows our company culture to be defined by our team members and their shared values, like trust, ambition, quality, radical honesty, and compassionate leadership. It’s why we all really love working for the Hardest Working Software in Television™ (and also why we were named one of Ad Age’s Best Places To Work in 2026.)

We pride ourselves on bringing unrivaled performance and simplicity to Connected TV advertising. Our self-serve technology makes running TV ads as easy as search and social, helping brands drive measurable conversions, revenue, site visits, and more. It’s what led MNTN to being named one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies in 2023. You can learn more about us and everything we do by visiting https://mountain.com/.

We’re committed to innovation that empowers, not replaces. At MNTN, AI is a tool for growth, enhancing efficiency while keeping a people-first approach. Our goal is to streamline workflows and drive new solutions—without compromising the human element that makes our company great.

So if wanting to do more, own more, and make a bigger impact comes naturally to you, then you may be the person we're looking for to join us in our next stage of growth.

We're looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our QuickFrame AI (QFAI) team! This person will have ownership over how we track the AI landscape and turn what we see into integrations that matter, before the market catches up.

You'll own the integrations roadmap end to end, but the real job starts earlier than that. You'll be the person on the team who knows the model landscape cold, who can look at a new release and immediately see what it unlocks for our customers, and who builds the vendor relationships that give us early access and real influence over how those models evolve. Partnerships are a tool you'll use well, not the identity of the role.

In scope, you'll define what we integrate and why, translate that into specs and requirements engineering can build against, and lead the vendor relationships that make new capabilities possible. Contract execution and legal terms sit primarily with our vendor operations team, you'll shape what we ask for and why, but you won't be the final signatory on deals.

You'll report to the Director of Engineering and work daily with the Integrations tech lead and engineering team, as well as vendor operations, marketing, and our platform experience team on launches. This is a senior, largely self-directed role. You'll be setting multi-quarter direction on your own, not waiting for direction to be handed to you.

What you'll do

  • Independently set the direction for which AI models and capabilities QFAI integrates, tracking the market closely enough to identify opportunities before vendors pitch them to us.
  • Translate emerging model capabilities into concrete customer and business value, and use that framing to prioritize the integrations roadmap.
  • Own the integrations roadmap end to end, sequencing bets in close partnership with the Integrations tech lead and engineering team.
  • Lead vendor and partner relationships to build real influence over time, better access, better terms, input into vendor roadmaps, not just one time deals.
  • Translate partnership context and technical capabilities into clear product specs and requirements for engineering.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for integration partners, maintaining relationships that give MNTN early visibility into what's coming next.
  • Contribute product and technical judgment to contract and partnership terms in partnership with vendor operations.
  • Work with the Director of Engineering and leadership to prioritize integrations against broader product and business goals.
  • Track and report on integration health, timelines, and roadmap progress across partners.
  • Coordinate with marketing and the platform experience team on integration launches and go to market moments.
  • Identify and flag contractual, compliance, or vendor risk early, and drive resolution before it affects timelines.

What success looks like

  • QFAI integrates new AI model capabilities ahead of or in step with the market, with a track record of customers benefiting from capabilities early.
  • New integrations are chosen and framed around a clear customer or business outcome, not just technical feasibility.
  • Vendor relationships deepen over time into real influence, early access, and terms shaped to QFAI’s roadmap, not just transactional deals.
  • Leadership has confidence that when a new model integration is announced publicly, the internal roadmap and timeline are already understood.
  • Engineering trusts the integrations roadmap as well reasoned and well sequenced, with tradeoffs clearly communicated.
  • Contractual and compliance risks are caught early, not after they've become a problem.

What you'll bring

  • 6+ years of experience in product management or a technical product adjacent role in a fast moving technical environment, ideally adtech, martech, or AI infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated ability to track a fast moving technology market and translate emerging capabilities into product opportunities, ideally with hands on familiarity with the AI model landscape.
  • Experience leveraging partnerships to scale a product, turning a relationship into a durable product or business advantage over time, not just managing a vendor.
  • Strong product instincts, able to write specs, prioritize a roadmap, and set multi-quarter direction independently.
  • Comfort working directly with engineering teams, translating ambiguous market opportunity into concrete technical requirements.
  • Experience shaping partnership or contract terms, even without final signing authority, knowing what to ask for and why.
  • Familiarity with API based integrations and the technical tradeoffs behind model integration, such as latency, cost, and throughput.
  • Comfort operating in a startup-like environment with limited process, defining how the role works as you go.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder skills, able to represent MNTN externally to partners and internally to engineering and leadership.
