Team Overview:

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager with proven experience leading critical cross-functional initiatives within a shared services architecture that powers the Collectors ecosystem—including PSA, PCGS, and the Vault. These initiatives focus on designing, building, and scaling foundational capabilities that enable key customer and transactional touchpoints such as user profiles, payments, checkout, submissions, and vault interactions.

We value people who can quickly develop a deep understanding of new domains and who are scrappy and innovative in their approach to program planning, milestone setting, and driving toward optimal outcomes. In this role, you’ll drive strategic, complex programs with multiple stakeholders from inception through delivery, ensuring teams are positioned to track against milestones and budgets. You’ll partner closely with engineering, product, and design to bring transparency and momentum to deliverables, and you’ll be an integral part of our work to deliver scalable, reliable experiences for customers—both internal to Collectors and external.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaboratively partner with other teams (Engineering, Design, Product, Business stakeholders, etc.)  in the product development lifecycle to shape and prioritize core platform services that enable multiple product lines and use cases across the Collectors ecosystem.

  • Focus on developing and launching mission critical, high priority initiatives with a focus on business and technology objectives

  • Provide best-in-class communications about project inception, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders

  • Design and share processes and documents that provide maximum autonomy for development teams while maintaining a level of standardization that allows the company to scale.

  • Combine superior communication skills with the analytical horsepower to break down complex, ambiguous problems and possess a strong will to be resourceful and get stuff done

  • Contribute to the strategic roadmap prioritization processes with key stakeholders and deliver success management with multiple stakeholders

  • Support our developer operations environment so we can continue to create new businesses and migrate existing ones, scaling our businesses across the globe to new heights

  • Understand the customer and advocate for them

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of product management and/or technical program management experience, with a strong preference for platform, infrastructure, or complex systems-oriented product work.

  • Experience working within the software development lifecycle in relation to agile best practices

  • Scaled Agile experience is a bonus

  • Comfortable leading Agile/Scrum methodologies as well as working with and configuring Jira or other work management softwares

  • A team player who is excited to drive complex projects forward from ambiguity to execution

  • Focused on delivering value for customers

  • Desire to rally teams around shared goals and increase efficiency

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $108,042 -  $171,462. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.
