Our team includes more than 150 PhDs and data scientists, along with more than 4,000 AI practitioners and engineers. We harness the power of an integrated solution ecosystem—comprising industry-leading partnerships and 1.8 million vertical domain experts in more than 230 markets—to create contextual, multilingual, pre-trained datasets; fine-tuned, industry-specific LLMs; and RAG pipelines supported by vector databases. Our zero-distance innovation™ solutions for GenAI can reduce GenAI costs by up to 80% and bring solutions to market 50% faster.
Our mission is to bridge the gap between AI creators and industry leaders by bringing best practices in GenAI to unicorn innovators and enterprise customers. We aim to help these organizations unlock significant business value by deploying GenAI at scale, helping to ensure they stay at the forefront of technological advancement and maintain a competitive edge in their respective markets.
About Job
Background / Need
As the GenAI space rapidly evolves (e.g., multimodal evaluation, SFT/CoT, RLHF, agentic and physical AI), we are seeing increasing pressure on:
- RFI/RFP response cycles (high effort, cross-team dependency). Recent Google RFIs are examples, even our advisor (ex-Google procurement pointed it out, it should take much less time for quicker turnaround)
- Sales collateral and narratives not keeping pace with market changes.
- Insufficient content reuse, leading to duplicated work across decks, case studies and camapaigns
- Slow enablement of sales teams due to lack of structured and, up-to-date materials.
Today, these gaps are slowing down our go-to-market execution.
Role Impact
This TPM will focus on system and process optimization across the entire sales content lifecycle
- Evaluate the end-to-end content system, including all touchpoints (RFI/RFP responses, decks, case studies, campaigns), and identify gaps in structure, ownership, and reuse
- Design and implement a robust, scalable content management and retrieval system to enable faster access and reuse of materials
- Standardize workflows and templates to improve consistency and speed of proposal development
- Reduce GenAI RFI/RFP response effort by ~50% through reusable modules and improved coordination
- Improve sales enablement speed by ensuring up-to-date, easily accessible collateral
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) on a 6-month fixed-term (full-time) basis to improve the efficiency, structure, and scalability of our sales content and RFI/RFP processes.
As our business with frontier AI clients grows, the volume and complexity of sales materials—including proposals, decks, case studies, and campaigns—have increased significantly. However, content is currently fragmented across teams, leading to duplication of effort, inconsistent messaging, and slower go-to-market execution.
This TPM will focus on evaluating and optimizing the end-to-end sales content system, establishing structured processes, and enabling faster retrieval and reuse of materials to improve overall productivity and execution speed.
Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Content System Evaluation- Assess the current sales content ecosystem, including RFI/RFP responses, decks, case studies, campaigns, and training materials
- Identify gaps in structure, ownership, accessibility, and reuse
- Map key workflows and dependencies across sales, solutions, research, and marketing teams
- Design and implement a scalable content management and retrieval system
- Enable faster access to relevant materials through structured organization, tagging, and standardization
- Improve content discoverability and reuse across teams
- Standardize templates, frameworks, and reusable modules for proposal development
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs to reduce inefficiencies and turnaround time
- Improve consistency and quality of responses
- Establish structured formats for one-pagers, case studies, and master sales decks
- Ensure alignment and consistency across different types of sales materials
- Maintain up-to-date content aligned with evolving client needs
- Improve accessibility and usability of sales materials for sales and pre-sales teams
- Support onboarding by organizing and structuring key content
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure materials are practical and easy to use
