The Senior Technical Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, partner with leadership, and enhance the candidate experience at a rapidly growing SaaS company.

We’re hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter who will play a key role in building the teams that power our product and innovation. While this role is primarily focused on technical hiring, we also see this person as someone who has the capability to take on other senior-level recruiting work outside of technical as we grow. This is a high-impact position with direct visibility across the company. You’ll partner closely with leadership, drive strategic hiring initiatives, and elevate our talent bar with every search.
What You’ll Do- Lead full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, and other SaaS-focused roles.
- Support additional senior-level recruiting needs outside of technical where appropriate, while keeping technical searches as your primary focus.
- Proactively identify and engage top and passive candidates through strategic sourcing, market research, and relationship building.
- Partner directly with leadership to understand priorities, advise on hiring decisions, and develop long-term talent strategies.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, timely, transparent, thoughtful, and reflective of our company values.
- Report directly to the Head of Human Resources & Recruiting, providing hiring insights, data, and recommendations.
- Bring a positive, solutions-oriented approach to recruitment, helping FieldPulse grow with precision and direction.
- Significant experience recruiting for software and SaaS roles, ideally within a high-growth or startup environment.
- Agency recruiting background, you have strong headhunting skills and know how to engage candidates who aren’t actively seeking a new role.
- Deep understanding of technical hiring, talent markets, and competitive sourcing strategies.
- Experience or interest in supporting additional senior non-technical searches as the company scales.
- Proven track record of delivering a standout candidate experience and building trusted relationships with hiring managers.
- Ability to balance speed and quality while managing multiple searches.
