As a Senior Test Automation Engineer, you bring a passion for continuous learning and will apply newly acquired skills to your daily work. You delight in solving difficult problems in a sustainable manner, pay close attention to detail, and believe in the value of automation. What You’ll Be Working On:- Develop and maintain automation test plans, test cases, and regression suites.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable automated test frameworks.
- Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to define and implement end-to-end test strategies.
- Identify, prioritize, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Performing manual/exploratory testing to ensure confidence and predictability in our products.
- Identify opportunities to automate testing, validation, and operational workflows, reducing manual effort and improving reliability across the system.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous validation.
- Champion a culture of quality by setting high standards, introducing best practices, and driving continuous improvement. This includes improving test coverage, strengthening observability, and ensuring that quality is built into every stage of the development process
- Use metrics and quantitative methods to measure and improve product quality.
- A minimum of 5 years of coding experience in product development and/or test automation.
- Mastery of modern testing tools, technologies, and frameworks. We use JavaScript, Cypress and Playwright, so experience with these or similar technologies is highly valued.
- Champion the use of AI to transform and accelerate test automation capabilities.
- Proven experience developing and scaling test automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience using data, metrics, and reporting to drive quality improvements.
- Prior experience as a Software Engineer in Test or in a functionally equivalent role.
- Experience writing comprehensive test plans, creating test cases, and prioritizing defects.
- High attention to detail, paired with curiosity and an explorer’s mindset.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with engineering teams.
