Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer for a high-impact remote design role where you will lead the end-to-end design process, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and usability testing. This role is ideal for an experienced designer passionate about crafting intuitive user journeys, improving product usability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design decisions
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma or Adobe XD
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences
  • Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products
  • Optimize user flows, accessibility, and overall product usability
  • Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS or tech environments
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects (web and/or mobile)
  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
  • Experience with design systems and responsive design
  • Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills and experience working in remote, cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JS) is a plus
