We’re seeking a Senior UX Strategist with a proven ability to design and execute foundational research, translate complex insights into actionable product direction, and partner closely with design to drive decisions.
Some things you will be responsible for:
- Design and execute generative and evaluative research studies
- Conduct foundational research as needed to understand user workflows, pain points, and operational contexts
- Scope research creatively to balance rigour, timeline constraints, and confidence in recommendations
- Collaborate closely with design counterparts throughout the product development cycle - from discovery through validation
- Participate in co-ideation sessions, translating research insights into design opportunities
- Present synthesized insights with clear, actionable recommendations tied to business impact
- Deliver audience-centric narratives that drive decision-making, not just research reports
- Track and communicate the impact of research-informed decisions

Requirements
- 5+ years in product strategy, UX research, or related strategic roles
- Demonstrated experience leading generative and evaluative research (user interviews, diary studies, usability testing, etc.)
- Track record of translating research insights into actionable recommendations and articulating their business impact
- Excellent facilitation, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Occasional travel may be required depending on project and client needs
- Work from anywhere
- $100,000 - 125,000 annually
