Company Description

Who We Are

Travoom is currently paused as we focus entirely on building OleOle — a football-focused social network, messaging platform, and sports super app designed for the world’s biggest sport.

At the same time, oleolesport.com continues to operate as our curated football travel and hospitality marketplace, offering premium fan experiences around the biggest matches and tournaments in the world.

Both platforms are strategically connected:
• OleOle is the fan engagement, social, messaging, and content platform
• oleolesport.com is the commerce and travel experiences platform

Together, they are designed to create a complete football ecosystem for fans globally.

What We’re Building

OleOle is building a next-generation football platform combining:
• Social networking and microblogging
• Messaging and mobile calls
• TikTok-style short-form video
• Live scores and match experiences
• AI-powered football history and statistics
• Real-time global fan engagement

We believe football deserves its own dedicated platform — not a small section buried inside general-purpose social networks.

Football is the world’s biggest sport with more than 3 billion fans globally, yet no company has successfully built a true digital home for football supporters.

OleOle is designed to become that platform.

Why It Matters

Football fandom is global, emotional, tribal, and active every day of the year.

Yet today, the fan experience remains fragmented across disconnected social platforms, messaging apps, score apps, news sites, ticketing sites, and travel providers.

Fans move constantly between products that were never built specifically for football culture or football communities.

We believe supporters are looking for a place to truly “kick off” — a platform designed around how football fans actually communicate, follow matches, consume content, travel, and engage with their clubs and national teams.

Why We’re Different

oleolesport.com removes the complexity from planning football travel experiences by combining curated ticketing, hospitality, lodging, and travel experiences into one streamlined platform.

OleOle extends that vision much further — creating a football-first platform built specifically around fan identity, conversation, live interaction, creator content, and global football culture.

This is not another generic sports app.

We are building a dedicated football ecosystem that combines social networking, messaging, content, live experiences, and commerce into a single connected platform.

OleOle – Where Fans Kick Off

Job Description

Senior UX/UI Product Designer

We are looking for a world-class Senior UX/UI Product Designer with a minimum of 7 years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products at scale.

This is not a role for junior designers or candidates who require heavy direction and micromanagement.

We are looking for leaders:
• Designers who think in systems, not just screens
• Designers who understand engagement, retention, and consumer behavior
• Designers who can own major product areas from concept to execution
• Designers who move quickly, communicate clearly, and thrive in startup environments

You will work directly with leadership, engineering, and product teams to shape multiple core experiences across the platform including:
• Microblogging and social feeds
• Messaging, chat, and mobile calls
• TikTok-style short-form video
• Live scores and match experiences
• AI-powered football history and statistics experiences
• Fan onboarding and engagement systems

What You Will Do

Design and evolve core product experiences across web, iOS, Android, and tablets.

Create intuitive UX flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI systems for highly engaged football communities.

Help define and scale a unified design system across multiple interconnected products and user experiences.

Collaborate closely with frontend and backend engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and product consistency.

Think deeply about fan engagement, usability, retention, speed, and interaction design.

Contribute strategically to product direction — not simply visual execution.

Help establish the long-term design culture and standards of the company.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 7+ years of UX/UI or product design experience.

Strong experience designing high-engagement consumer products, ideally in one or more of the following:
• Social media platforms
• Messaging applications
• Video platforms
• Sports technology
• Gaming products
• Live content or entertainment platforms

You must have:
• Exceptional visual design instincts
• Strong UX and interaction design skills
• Deep understanding of mobile-first product design
• Experience building scalable design systems
• Advanced Figma proficiency
• Strong understanding of user psychology and engagement loops
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers and product teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• The ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality

We are specifically looking for self-directed designers who take ownership and solve problems independently.

A portfolio with generic SaaS work, weak visual execution, or heavily templated designs will not be a fit.

Huge Plus
• Passion for football
• Experience designing social feeds or creator tools
• Experience with motion design and animations
• Startup experience building products from zero to one
• Experience working on products with millions of users

What You Need to Know About Compensation

This role is currently deferred compensation meaning there is no salary until funding is secured.

The entire team — including leadership, engineers, designers, and product teams — is currently working under the same structure.

We are being fully transparent:
• There is risk
• Nothing is guaranteed
• Startup fundraising is difficult

At the same time, joining at this stage provides the opportunity to help build a globally ambitious consumer platform from the ground floor alongside a highly committed team.

If funding is secured, early team members will be positioned as foundational leaders within the company.

Deep understanding of UI patterns, interaction design, and usability best practices for both web and mobile applications.

Ability to work with developers to translate designs into highly optimized Rust-based frontends.
