Position Purpose:
The successful candidate will prospect and close Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) contracts with national and international companies across a range of vertical markets.
Job Requirements:

  • Build and execute a focused, qualified new logo pipeline — depth and quality over volume

  • Run the full sales cycle independently: discovery, solution development, commercial structuring, negotiation, and close

  • Navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise pursuits — CXOs, CFOs, COOs, and increasingly Chief Digital and Chief AI Officers

  • Lead cross-functional pursuit teams — Solutions, Operations, and Finance — ensuring every proposal reflects what Everise can deliver

  • Translate Everise's AI transformation story into tangible C-suite business outcomes

  • Help buyers build the internal business case, quantify ROI, and reduce perceived delivery risk

  • Maintain a clean, honest forecast — no sandbagging, no inflation

  • Represent Everise at industry events, analyst briefings, and executive forums

  • Feed market intelligence back into the business: where buyers are moving, where competitors are vulnerable

Qualifications:
• BS/BA in Business or related field preferred or minimum of Five (5) years of BPO sales experience with proven track record of success
• Highly motivated and competitive with strong initiative, prospecting, and sales close ability
• Possesses established and current relationships with COOs, CFOs, CEOs, Customer Service Directors
• Must possess a proven track record for prospecting and closing new business
• Proven experience in business planning; development of account sales and relationship management plans with proven results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Must possess excellent time management skills
• Must be a strategic thinker, creative, and persuasive
• Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel extensively
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Strong negotiation skills

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base salary range for this remote position is between $275,000- $350,000. In addition, Everise provides benefits including medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, a 401 (k), and paid time off. The role will also be eligible for Sales Commissions as per the company's Commission Plan.
