About Us

At SentinelOne, we’re redefining cybersecurity by pushing the limits of what’s possible—leveraging AI-powered, data-driven innovation to stay ahead of tomorrow’s threats.

From building industry-leading products to cultivating an exceptional company culture, our core values guide everything we do. We’re looking for passionate individuals who thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to drive impact. If you’re excited about solving complex challenges in bold, innovative ways, we’d love to connect with you.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Web Developer/Architect with a strong background in building Product-Led Growth (PLG) experiences—including hands-on experience developing frictionless account creation and validation flows from the web interface. This is a pivotal opportunity to help transform SentinelOne’s web platform into a growth-driven channel that fuels product adoption and customer expansion.

The ideal candidate has experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments (preferably in SaaS or startups) and can translate business growth goals into scalable, high-impact web experiences.

What will you do?
  • Lead the design and implementation of a PLG-centric user journey, including website-based account creation, validation, and onboarding flows.
  • Work cross-functionally to implement and integrate identity management and validation systems (e.g., email confirmation, fraud prevention, SSO).
  • Implement analytics and event tracking to continuously measure sign-up funnel performance and conversion drop-off points.
  • Integrate and manage third-party marketing and analytics tools such as Marketo Forms, GTM, GA4, and support A/B testing efforts using platforms like Webflow.
  • Develop and maintain APIs and backend integrations with systems like CRMs, CDPs, and product services to support automated user provisioning and data flow.
  • Write test plans, support quality assurance (QA), and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Write clean, error-free, and maintainable code optimized for SEO, Core Web Vitals, and Lighthouse performance scores.
  • Address website errors, recommend technical fixes, and continuously optimize performance and page speed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including design, marketing, and content—and support localization and internationalization workflows.

This role reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Web Operations, and works closely with marketing and other business stakeholders

What skills and knowledge should you bring?
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Full-Stack Web Development and Web Architecture, ideally including PLG or growth-focused products.
  • Proven success building user sign-up flows, identity validation mechanisms, and onboarding experiences in web applications.
  • Expertise in core web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience with Tailwind, TypeScript, and modern component library systems like shadcn or Headless UI.
  • Expert in front-end frameworks such as Next.js and React.
  • Familiarity with jQuery and WordPress for legacy maintenance and site migration.
  • Strong backend experience with RESTful API design and integration (Node.js, Python, or equivalent).
  • Experience with user authentication systems including SSO, OAuth, and email verification flows.
  • Experience working with headless or enterprise-grade CMS platforms such as ContentStack or Contentful.
  • Proven experience developing websites using WordPress.
  • Strong knowledge of responsive and adaptive design.
  • Deep understanding of analytics and growth tools such as GA4, GTM, Mixpanel, Segment, or similar.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools such as Webflow Optimize, Optimizely, or Adobe Target.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and web performance best practices.
  • Experience working within Agile frameworks and delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with strong numerical aptitude.
  • Experience with website localization and translation.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Design, or a related field preferred.
