In this hands-on individual contributor role , you will oversee the systems, processes, and workflows that ensure Circle's websites are performant, compliant, and scalable. You'll manage projects that shape how users experience Circle's brands online - ensuring uptime, accessibility, and seamless execution across markets.
This role requires a blend of operational expertise, technical understanding, process management, and strategic collaboration to maintain a high-performing, globally consistent web ecosystem that supports Circle's business goals.

What you'll work on
- Own website operations and governance - manage publishing workflows, permissions, documentation, and QA processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across Circle's web properties.
- Monitor website performance and reliability - track uptime, Core Web Vitals, and key performance indicators; collaborate with the Web Technical Lead to address technical issues and continuously improve infrastructure and stability.
- Lead cross-functional web projects - collaborate with product marketing, UX, creative, growth, and engineering to deliver web initiatives that align with strategic goals.
- Oversee website releases and deployments - manage staging, testing, and approvals to ensure smooth rollouts of new features, pages, and content.
- Partner on SEO and analytics - work closely with the SEO Lead and marketing teams to ensure tagging accuracy, structured data standards, and analytics tracking are implemented and maintained.
- Support localization and accessibility - operationalize translation workflows and uphold accessibility standards (WCAG) across global sites.
- Oversee web integration governance - collaborate with the Web Technical Lead to maintain integrations between the website, analytics, CRM, and marketing systems, ensuring functionality and compliance.
- Monitor and report on site health - use analytics and diagnostic tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Superset, Lighthouse) to track performance, uptime, and operational metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Document and improve processes - create scalable workflows, training, governance documentation, and best practices to streamline execution and ensure consistency.
- Champion innovation and efficiency - partner with the Web Technical Lead and SEO Lead to evaluate new CMS tools, automation workflows, and AI-driven enhancements that improve web performance and operational scale.
What you'll bring
Core Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in website operations, digital production, or web program management , ideally within a B2B or technology-focused organization.
- Hands-on experience managing enterprise CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow, Contentful, Drupal, or similar) including workflows, permissions, and deployment processes.
- Strong understanding of web architecture, accessibility, analytics, and operational governance.
- Proven ability to manage complex website projects involving multiple teams, vendors, and global stakeholders.
- Experience implementing QA, governance, and change management processes for large websites.
- Excellent project management and communication skills - able to coordinate across teams, define timelines, and drive accountability.
- Proficiency with web analytics and monitoring tools (Google Analytics, Superset, Lighthouse, or similar) and comfort interpreting technical metrics.
- Knowledge of web standards, accessibility (WCAG), Core Web Vitals, structured data, and governance .
- A process-driven, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for improving operational efficiency, web reliability, and collaboration.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in fintech, blockchain, or other regulated industries .
- Familiarity with AI tools for automation, content QA, and website management.
- Exposure to A/B testing, experimentation, and personalization platforms .
- Understanding of localization workflows, accessibility standards, and compliance frameworks.
