SEO/AEO Content Engineer Apprentice (6-Month Cohort)

We just opened 1 FREE seat for an SEO/AEO Content Engineer Apprentice.
*FREE = costs you nothing, pays you in skills, tools, a production-grade portfolio, and a pathway to a paid Technical Marketing role – not cash.

The Deal (Read Carefully)

This is a 6-month, intensive apprenticeship for career switchers and recent grads who want to build the future of programmatic SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). We do not pay you in cash; we pay you in leverage. You will get raw, unfiltered access to how a real SaaS company scales its technical content engine. We provide the tools (AirOps, Lovable, Contentful/Sanity, GitHub), the architecture, the senior mentorship, and the references. You provide the execution.

The Non-Negotiables:

  • Time Commitment: 40 hrs/week. Can be negotiated under special circumstances to 20hrs/week.
  • Exclusivity: You cannot hold another job or be enrolled in university while doing this. You must be entirely focused.
  • Location: US, Canada, or LATAM only.
  • The Standard: This is not a hand-holding internship. You will be operating the internal AI workflows that turn our Founder's daily GTM content into a massive, automated, high-ranking SEO/AEO library for Unstuck.

The Mission

Your goal is to operate Unstuck’s technical content engine. Our CEO is currently running a daily public "40-Day Pipeline Challenge" on LinkedIn. You will take his raw daily videos and posts and run them through pre-built AI workflows (via AirOps) to generate technical, answer-engine-optimized assets. You will push these assets through our headless CMS (Contentful/Sanity) via GitHub to scale our organic footprint.

Background And Skills

You do not need to be a traditional copywriter, but you must be a systems thinker. You need to understand how web content is structured (Markdown, Title Tags, Meta Descriptions, JSON). You must be comfortable navigating headless CMS environments (Contentful, Sanity) and committing files via GitHub.

Daily Operations & Learning

  • Run Workflows: Execute AirOps workflows that repurpose our Founder's LinkedIn Challenge content into deeply structured AEO articles, automatically generating metadata and optimized headers.
  • Content Operations: Run bulk "refresh" workflows to update existing pages for search intent.
  • CMS & Deployment: Take the generated Markdown/JSON outputs and push them to our headless CMS (Contentful/Sanity) or directly to GitHub repositories.
  • Upskilling: While executing these daily workflows, you will spend dedicated time learning advanced workflow architecture through the AirOps Academy, building your technical ceiling.

The Upside (Your Career Path)

This apprenticeship builds the exact programmatic SEO and content engineering skills that SaaS companies are desperately hiring for. If you survive these 6 months, you walk away with the resume, title, and portfolio to land one of these roles:

  1. Programmatic SEO Manager
Scaling technical web pages via AI and databases
    → $80K – $110K
  2. Content Engineer
Bridging headless CMS, GitHub, and marketing
    → $90K – $120K
  3. Technical Marketing Ops
    Managing AirOps/CMS data pipelines
    → $75K – $95K

How To Apply

Submit your LinkedIn profile/resume and a short 1-minute intro video (Loom or similar) telling us why you want to build programmatic SEO engines. If you pass the initial screen, our HR team will send you a specific, asynchronous technical task. Pass the task, and you go straight to a final interview with our CEO.
