About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated SEO-Driven US Product Owner to manage one or more of our websites. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in SEO-driven lead generation, a deep understanding of the US iGaming market, and a proven ability to scale resources via freelancers to drive product growth. As a Product Owner, you will have full commercial and product responsibility, requiring a mix of entrepreneurial thinking and strategic execution.

What you'll do

  • Oversee and manage one or more affiliate websites, ensuring their growth and performance.
  • Develop and execute strategic SEO and content initiatives to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Manage a team of in-house staff and freelancers, overseeing task allocation and quality control.
  • Optimize site usability, content strategy, and overall user experience.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
  • Ensure alignment with editorial standards, SEO best practices, and monetization strategies.
  • Identify and implement new growth opportunities, including additional traffic sources and conversion optimization techniques.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a project manager in online marketing.
  • Expertise in SEO for the US market, including content strategy, UX optimization, CRO, and traffic acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of the US iGaming market, ideally with experience building iGaming assets.
  • Experience with Sweepstakes Casinos, including familiarity with the regulatory landscape, operator promotions, and player acquisition strategies specific to this segment.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress and managing content-driven sites.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage small teams effectively.
  • Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Agile).
  • Native English speaker (American English preferred).
  • Creativity in developing new content and marketing concepts.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and highly collaborative.
