This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect - ​100% Remote to lead client workshops, translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, and guide global delivery teams—including an India-based development team. This role requires strong cross-functional expertise across Legal Service Delivery, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Procurement, HRSD, CSM/CRM, and AI/GenAI.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Requirements

  • Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process deep-dives.

  • Document business requirements, process flows, technical specs, and user stories.

  • Translate functional needs into clear, actionable ServiceNow technical requirements.

Solution Architecture

  • Design scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade solutions across LSD, CLM, Procurement, HRSD, CSM, and AI/GenAI.

  • Develop workflow logic, data models, integration patterns, and system architecture.

  • Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and performance guardrails.

Project Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead multiple concurrent ServiceNow implementations end-to-end.

  • Partner with offshore/India-based teams to communicate requirements and provide technical governance.

  • Oversee sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimates, and delivery timelines.

Governance & Quality Assurance

  • Establish architectural standards and reusable solution patterns.

  • Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and solution validation.

  • Drive risk mitigation and troubleshoot complex platform issues.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to business and IT leaders.

  • Present roadmaps, designs, and technical recommendations confidently.

  • Collaborate effectively with C-level leaders, process owners, and global teams.


Qualifications

Required

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

  • One or more advanced certifications: CAD, CIS-HRSD, CIS-CSM, CIS-Procurement, CIS-Contract Management, CIS-Legal Service Delivery (preferred).

  • 5+ years designing and implementing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.

  • Strong hands-on experience with workflows, integrations (REST/SOAP/OAuth), ACL/security, and data models.

  • Proven experience leading workshops and offshore/global delivery teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ServiceNow AI/GenAI, Predictive Intelligence, or NLU.

  • Domain knowledge: Procurement Ops, Legal Ops, HR Ops, or Customer Ops.

  • Familiarity with CSDM and CMDB for HR, Legal, and CSM.
