Develop and configure ServiceNow applications supporting IRM and cybersecurity capabilities. Responsibilities include building notifications, UI components, business rules, workflows, integrations, reports, and documentation; analyzing business requirements; providing administration and technical support; and developing web technologies across the full stack. The role requires ServiceNow platform expertise, JavaScript development, web services integration, system documentation, and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Position Description:
Templar Shield is looking for an experienced ServiceNow consultant expertize in development to include JavaScript, Web Services Integrations, and who wants to help transform IRM and cyber security capabilities across our client base.
Requirements
Primary Objectives:
- Creating and configuring Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Formatters, in ServiceNow
- Application Configuration leveraging SN platform New Experience UI/UX component capabilities, business rules, flow designer, UI builder, UI pages, DB Views and others
- Developing across the full stack of Web technologies - Java, JavaScript, React, Angular.js, HTML and CSS
- Development of required client specific reporting
- Candidates will demonstrate skills in areas for the administration, development, documentation and technical support of the ServiceNow platform
- Obtain and analyse business requirements and document technical solutions
- Produces and maintains detailed system documentation including design specs, maintenance, troubleshooting, deployment, disaster recovery, tech notes, and testing
Qualifications :
- Has 3+years of experience in ServiceNow platform
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) certified
- Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM certified (preferred)
- Experience developing in JavaScript frameworks
- Minimum of 4 years of JavaScript experience
- Proficient in the development of web services including but not limited to Json, SOAP and XML
- High level interpersonal skills to collaboratively work with both technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization
- Ability to understand business needs and how business systems can support those needs
