Role Overview

Cyberhill Partners is seeking a Software Developer and/or Engineer with strong ServiceNow experience to support the design, development, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable workflows, working across modules, and collaborating with stakeholders to solve real business problems.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and custom solutions
  • Configure and extend ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements
  • Develop scripts, integrations, workflows, and automation within ServiceNow
  • Support CMDB and CSDM implementations and data model alignment
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to deliver solutions
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
  • Contribute to platform best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

  • 3–8 years of professional software development experience
  • Hands-on experience developing within the ServiceNow platform
  • At least one active ServiceNow certification, including:
    • CIS – Platform Application Developer (CIS-PA)
    • Certified System Administrator (CSA)
    • Certified Application Developer (CAD)
    • Certified Implementation Specialist – CMDB (CMA)
    • CMDB & CSDM specialization
  • Experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and platform APIs
  • Strong understanding of ITSM / ITOM concepts and enterprise workflows
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed teams
  • Must be located in Austin or DC (Clearance Required)

Nice to Have

  • Multiple ServiceNow certifications
  • Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
  • Exposure to federal or regulated environments
  • Agile / Scrum experience
