Experience with ServiceNow development, scripting and configuration (specifically client scripting, business rules, UI policies, and workflows):-
Experience implementing ITIL Methodologies in a ServiceNow environment:-
Extensive experience with highly complex security application requirements:-
Experience in integrating ServiceNow with external applications:-
Extensive experience in implementing domain separation in ServiceNow environment:-
Preferences:
Years Skills/Experience
Experience with web technologies (JAVA Script, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP)
Proficient with the Microsoft Windows and Office products
Public sector experience (Federal, State or Local Government)
Experience with CPA ServiceNow application
